3. Sales Terms & Product Policies
These apply to all orders placed with NSR, whether in person, by phone, or through communication initiated via the website.

3.1. Payment & Fees - All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
- Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. Past-due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
- All collection costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, will be your responsibility if we must pursue payment.

3.2. Returns & Store Credit - All approved returns are store credit only — no refunds.
- No partial returns are accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and require our consent.
- No returns on slab purchases once picked up, special orders, or open cartons.
- All accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3.3. Inspection Requirements - All orders should be inspected upon receipt.
- Natural stone is a product of nature; variations in color, tone, veining, and pattern are normal and not defects.
- All materials must be inspected before acceptance.

3.4. Disclaimers on Installation & Use - We assume no responsibility for labor or materials after installation.
- We make no guarantees regarding durability, resistance to cracking, chipping, or discoloration.

3.5. Force Majeure - We are not liable for delays due to strikes, accidents, catastrophes, or events beyond our control.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSR’s total liability for any claim relating to website use or product purchase shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
